| Douglas W VanOrder Doug VanOrder joined the Fobes Financial Group in 1995 after graduating from CSU-Chico with a bachelor of science degree in business. Doug represents the office as Field Director, recruiting, training and developing new Financial Representatives while maintaining top personal production. By matching clients’ needs with financial strategies and solutions, he helps his clients protect and provide for those people they care about most. Doug is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (2000-2007). MDRT is the premier association of financial professionals. MDRT status designation is granted for one year and members must apply every year to continue their affiliation with the MDRT. He is a member and on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento #1 Active 20/30, providing young adults an opportunity for personal growth, friendships and leadership development while improving the quality of life for the special needs of children in the community. Doug and his wife, Kendra, have three children: Jacob, Bryce and Rylie. Brian A Boyd Brian Boyd of the Fobes Financial Group started his career as a college intern in 1995. The best decision he made was to transition to a full-time position as a Financial Representative upon graduating from CSU-Sacramento with a degree in business administration and finance. Since then he has enjoyed helping his clients identify their financial goals and provide solutions to help meet those goals. Brian appreciates the opportunity to build lifelong relationships with those who put their trust in him. In 2002, he achieved the National Sales Achievement Award and the National Quality Award. Locally, Brian is a leader in The Great Ones, Fobes Financial Group’s producers who excel in all aspects of Network production (life insurance, disability income insurance, long-term care insurance investments and employee benefits). In his spare time, he enjoys working out and playing golf with his family and friends. Douglas E Clifford, CLU While working toward his M.B.A. at CSU-Sacramento, Doug Clifford of the Fobes Financial Group joined Northwestern Mutual at age 22 as a college intern, attracted by the group’s top ratings, competitive products and excellent reputation. Doug became the company´s top intern in 1979 and became a full-time Financial Representative in 1980. What Doug enjoys about his career is the ability to help others by making a positive impact on the financial security of business owners’ families. In 2003 he celebrated his 25th year and considers it a great honor to have earned the trust and confidence of his clients over the years. Doug believes in serving our community; his involvement includes: Past President, Active 20-30 Club of Sacramento, Point West Rotary, Family Service Agency, Sutter Hospitals Foundation, Sacramento Children’s Receiving Home and Big Brothers, Big Sisters. He and his wife, Kassy, have five daughters. Mark R Evans Mark Evans of the Fobes Financial Group joined Northwestern Mutual in 1984 as a college intern while attending Brigham Young University. He quickly became a production leader with the Fobes Financial Group and soon became disability income insurance specialist. He has been the recipient of top company honors and is a member of the prestigious Northwestern Mutual Forum. Mark and his wife, Tami, have four children: Jenessa, Jacen, Richard and Melynne. Susan Fobes Susan Fobes of the Fobes Financial Group has been responsible for the employee benefits division (Strategic Employee Benefit Services) for the Fobes Financial Group for 1-1/2 years. Prior to that she was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Tickets.com (formerly BASS Tickets). Since Susan joined the Network, we have grown the group benefit business by 237%. We service more than 200 businesses, from construction companies to law firms, providing group insurance (medical, dental, life, disability, etc.). In her first year, she was acknowledged by Rogers Benefit Group as a Top Producer, and she was awarded the 2003 Peer Group Achievement Award, a prestigious award from her peers at Strategic Employee Benefit Services. In October 2004, Susan ran the Nike Marathon in San Francisco and was the Top Fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, raising over $46,000 for the Make Cures Happen Campaign. | |||||||||||||||
